The snow in the backyard is getting very deep. With what has fallen and what we have blown with the snow blower the snow is as tall as the deck railing about (9 or 10 feet)
Our house it getting hard to spot from the road.

Notice the stalagtite at the right of the picture it goes from the roof all the way down to the snow.It has been snowing hard for several days. Jack's school was cancelled both Thursday and Friday this week. We are hoping it will let up soon or we are going to be buried.

How do you survive?? They cancelled church here a few weeks ago because we had some flurries on Saturday evening. Everybody here flips out and runs to the store to buy out the bread and milk if the forecast says we'll get 3 inches. I guess if we move to Milwaukee I'll have to change my mindset (and buy a VERY warm coat)!
By the way, your kids are darling; I especially like the picture of Sam with the lollipop and pacifier in his mouth. CUTE!
